Donatif® Jammer Arms extend the exercises that can be performed on Power Racks, Half Racks, Multifunctional Racks. They are made to the measurements of your rack.

They allow you to perform a wide variety of guided movement exercises: an example? Shoulder Press, Chest Press, Standing Row, Deadlift, Hip Thrust.

Our Jammer Arms attach quickly to the rack uprights by means of double hooks, making them extremely robust and secure.

They can be easily and flexibly positioned.

The disc holders are removable and can be made in diameters of 25, 28 and 50 mm.

It is possible to accessorize the Jammer Arms with a straight bar for additional exercises, with two additional removable disc holders and rings to secure the Jammer Arms in an upright position to the rack.
