The JK Fitness Performa 256 exercise bike is a versatile product with a small footprint and, at the same time, high-level technical features.
It has a flywheel mass weighing 12 kg with belt drive and electromagnetic resistance, electronically adjustable from the display to 16 resistance levels.
The JK 256 has a beautiful state-of-the-art backlit colour LCD window where it is possible to display time, distance, speed, calories consumed, RPM, the programme being used, effort level, WATT and pulse, measured via the Hand Pulse hand sensors or via the Polar T34 heart rate monitor, not included in the price.
From the display you can select up to 10 pre-set programmes on 16 levels of difficulty, 4 HRC programmes (55 %, 75 %, 95 %, free), 5 User programmes, 1 Constant Watt, Post-Exertion Recovery Test and 1 Body Fat programme.
The saddle supplied is graduated compression, very soft and adjustable in height and depth via 2 knobs; the handlebar is ergonomic with multiple grips and also adjustable in inclination.
The saddle pedal distance ranges from a minimum of 68 cm to a maximum of 95 cm.
The JK Performa 256 has a sturdy frame, weighing 29 kg, and can support a maximum weight of 130 kg.
You can move the bike thanks to the 2 wheels on the base.
