Donatif®'s Olympic Safety Squat Bar, made with 50 mm loading pins, allows you both to vary the stimuli derived from squat training and to perform the squat movement more comfortably and safely.

The geometry of the bar shifts its centre of gravity forward, promoting a more upright and straight-backed execution of the back squat. The dynamics of the movement being performed allow for an effective workout that is less taxing on the joints. An additional advantage is that the bar stays in place without having to use your hands: this gives you the opportunity to hold onto the rack with your hands during the workout.

Safe, however, does not mean easy: the Safety Squat Bar, by changing the dynamics of the back squat movement, actually allows you to 'circumvent' some of the critical points of the classic movement (such as a good level of mobility) and allows you to assume a more upright position, but it also provides new training stimuli, which allow you to vary your routine effectively.
