Traction bars
The traction bars of our calisthenics structures are made of 33 mm diameter steel.
The height can be adjusted from 170 cm up to 240 cm, thanks to the pre-drilled holes in the columns.
Our Calisthenics structures are now famous thanks to the varnishing of the bars: a unique finish that guarantees an excellent grip specially designed for Calisthenics.
Parallel bars
This Calisthenics frame is also fitted with our classic "triple parallel bars", made of solid 42 mm diameter steel.
They are 130, 150 or 180 cm long and 130 cm high from the ground.
They are positioned 55 cm apart, a distance recognised as the most suitable by most athletes (customisable on request).
Installation and assembly
The revolutionary wall mounting of our Calisthenics structures is the result of many years of experience in gymnasium construction.
The classic wall-mounting of bars brings with it two major problems:
Inability to adjust the bars once the structure is installed.
Poor reliability and durability, due to the bending effect of the bar on the dowels, which under stress inevitably tends to loosen them (and often even pull them out completely).
Our system (Donatif Wall) was introduced to bring about these improvements:
Adjustment of the height of the bars at any time.
Even distribution of stress over a larger surface area, ensuring greater reliability and durability.
Calisthenics Indoor or Calisthenics Outdoor Structure, what are the differences?
Very often our customers ask us what the difference is between an Indoor and an Outdoor structure.
Indoor and outdoor Calisthenics structures differ only in the type of treatments they undergo.
An indoor Calisthenics structure is made of steel and then finished with a special powder coating.
An outdoor Calisthenics structure is first galvanised and then powder-coated.
Galvanising, combined with painting, makes the structure resistant to atmospheric agents and prevents the appearance of rust.
Calisthenics Outdoor Structures can also be installed in seaside locations.
Our Calisthenics structures are treated with a special paint that guarantees excellent grip and durability.
It is delivered complete with everything needed for assembly, except for the ground and wall fixing accessories.
The anchoring to the floor and wall, which is necessary for safe use, can be carried out using:
steel plates at the base of each column with holes for the application of bolts or chemical stops.
columns prepared to be immersed in concrete castings.
All our Calisthenics equipment is CE-marked and has its own technical file, which is essential if it is to be installed in a gym for public use.
We require an explicit request to provide the technical file in PDF format.
We would like to remind you that in order for a product to be placed for public use, it must have its own technical file and in some cases the CE mark.
Optional standards, such as UNI EN ISO 20957, have no value unless accompanied by the above.
