Shipping and Returns

Our team will immediately take care of the orders and make sure that the goods reach their destination in 2-3 working days for Italy and 3-5 working days for Europe by express courier.

You can pick up your order at our premises without paying shipping costs.

It is possible to return goods within 14 days of receipt for any reason, whether by private individuals or VAT holders, or within 30 days in the case of non-conformity of the goods, subject to notification of the return request made by e-mail within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

All our products have a warranty period within which, in the event of faults, it is possible to request a replacement/refund.
