The Cambered squat barbell is the perfect product to vary the training of quadriceps, hamstrings, calves and glutes.
Its special shape forces you to remain in the lower squat position for longer than with a normal barbell, as the centre of gravity is slightly shifted forward and becomes unstable if you perform a quick squat.
The shift in the centre of gravity modifies the movement just enough to make the Cambered barbell a specific leg-strengthening bar.
This advanced model allows you to load more than any other barbell of the same type (450 kg).
The Cambered barbell can also be used with the bench press, making the load more unstable and therefore more difficult to control and lift from the chest.
Our Cambered Squat Bar is powder-coated, the colour can be changed upon request.
Galvanising the bar increases its resistance to wear and tear and protects it from rust and scratches.
The diameter of the disc loading bars is chosen directly by the customer (25, 28 or 50 mm).
