Preso da 15 mm per piccola palestra in cantina. Si pulisce facilmente con pezza umida o asciutta, non dà cattivo odore né macchia le mani, è anche bello da vedere e non è troppo rigido. Più in là ne prenderò degli altri.

The bench is very sturdy and well-made. Nothing flimsy or lose. Super easy to adjust positions and the wheels make moving it around easy.Assembly was also very easy

Allenamento in terrazza

Ho acquistato questo tappeto per potermi allenare in terrazzo senza rischiare di danneggiare il pavimento e per non trasferire troppo rumore al piano di sotto. Il tappeto é ottimo! Ha una struttura in gomma molto solida, poco odore ed ha un peso importante. Ho provato a fare pushup, burpee, stacchi da terra e attutisce tutto
