Sono stato in molte palestre pt che non hanno una macchina di questa qualità. Molto ben costruito e facile da montare. Peretta sia per principiante che avanzato.

They are effective and so are the other exercises suggested but these machines do target the area better by isolating the specific muscle. When you do deadlifts and squats you are engaging lots of different muscle groups like your core, back, and arms as well as legs and glutes. I guess it all depends on what your goals are. If you are looking to just tone that area then these work great.

Mattonelle al posto del prato

Quest’estate abbiamo messo la piscina, ma ti giuro, il prato era un disastro completo perchè mio padre non sa tagliarlo. Alla fine, per non impazzire, ho preso 6 di queste mattonelle e hanno risolto tutto. Perfette per coprire il """"macello""" che c’era sotto. Consigliate
