Right of Withdrawal

Right of withdrawal:

1. The right of withdrawal may be exercised within 14 days of receipt of the goods, by both individuals and VAT-registered entities.
2. The right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions:
   • The product must be returned in its entirety, with no missing parts.
   • Shipping costs will be retained by the seller if the withdrawal is due to the customer changing their mind and not to problems with the product.
   • Shipping costs for returning the product are the customer’s responsibility, and the customer is also responsible for verifying delivery.
   • Additional costs (e.g., cash-on-delivery fees or gift wrapping) will not be refunded.
   • The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products that are personalized, modified, or created specifically for the customer (e.g., products marked with the "MADE IN ITALY" symbol or products with a delivery time of 60–90 days). In the event of issues with this type of product, the seller will handle their repair at their own expense, without the customer having the right to withdraw.

Warranty and Seller Liability:

1. The seller guarantees the utmost accuracy in the information provided on the product pages, but there may be differences from what is described.
2. The seller is liable for incorrect or missing information relevant to the product’s use, granting the customer the right to cancel the purchase.
3. Non-essential details (e.g., the weight of a calisthenics structure) cannot be used as grounds for withdrawal or to request partial refunds.
4. MADE IN ITALY products are marked with the "MADE IN ITALY symbol. All other products are sourced from European or non-European imports.

Refund:

1. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receipt of the merchandise.
2. Incidental expenses (e.g., cash-on-delivery fees or gift wrapping) will not be refunded.

Product Warranty:

1. The seller provides a 24-month legal warranty, and any warranty extensions specified in the product description, for conformity defects in the products. To use it, the customer must retain the online purchase receipt.
2. The 24-month warranty is valid for the end consumer who does not use the product for their own commercial activity. For companies or associations, the warranty is 12 months.
3. In the event of conformity defects, the seller will cover all costs for repairing or replacing the product. If no issues are found, the customer must reimburse the seller for the costs incurred.
4. The seller may request payment for expenses incurred due to non-conformities not found, in any form, including depreciation of the merchandise’s value.
