Right of Withdrawal

Right of withdrawal:

1. The right of withdrawal can be exercised within 14 days of receipt of the goods, both by private individuals and by VAT holders.
2. The right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions:
   • The product must be returned in its entirety, with no missing parts.
   • Shipping costs will be retained by the seller if the withdrawal is due to the customer's change of mind and not to problems with the product.
   • The shipping costs for the return of the product are the responsibility of the customer, who is also responsible for verifying its delivery.
   • Ancillary costs (e.g. cost of cash on delivery or gift wrapping) will not be refunded.
   • It is not possible to exercise the right of withdrawal for products that have been personalised, modified or created specifically for the customer (e.g. products marked with the "MADE IN ITALY" symbol or products with delivery in 50-70 days). In the event of problems with this type of product, the seller will take care of their restoration at its own expense, without the right of withdrawal for the customer.

Warranty and Seller's Liability:

1. The seller guarantees the utmost accuracy in the information on the product sheets, but there may be differences from what is described.
2. The seller is responsible for incorrect or missing information relevant to the use of the product, granting the right of withdrawal to the customer.
3. Non-essential details (e.g. weight of a calisthenics structure) cannot be used as an excuse for withdrawal or to request partial refunds.
4. Products MADE IN ITALY, are marked with the symbol of "MADE IN ITALY. All other products come from European or non-European imports.

Repayment:

1. The refund is issued within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
2. No ancillary costs (e.g. cash on delivery or gift wrapping cost) will be refunded.

Products Warranty:

1. The seller acknowledges a 24-month legal warranty, and any warranty extensions specified in the product sheet, for defects of conformity on the products. To use it, the customer must keep the purchase receipt online.
2. The 24-month warranty is valid for the end consumer who does not use the product for their business. For companies or associations, the warranty is 12 months.
3. In the event of any lack of conformity, the seller will cover all costs of repairing or replacing the product. If no problems are found, the customer will have to compensate the expenses incurred by the seller.
4. The seller may request payment of expenses incurred for non-conformities not found in any form, including the depreciation of the value of the goods.
