Order Processing and Delivery Times
Our team will promptly take care of order management and ensure that the goods meet the established times.
The delivery time for goods available in stock is 2-3 working days for Italy and 5-7 working days for the rest of Europe.
For shipments beyond Europe, delivery times vary according to the product and country.
Longer delivery times are specified within the product sheet.
Pick-up at our office
We offer the possibility to collect orders personally at our headquarters, at no additional cost for the order.
Right of Withdrawal
Customers, both private individuals and VAT holders, have the right to exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of receipt of the goods, for any reason.
Return shipping costs are charged to the customer, except for problems related to the goods.
