Originally used by powerlifters to increase squat loading, it is now also becoming popular in the bodybuilding world.

The Cambered squat barbell is the perfect product to vary thetraining of quadriceps, hamstrings, calves and glutes.

Its special shape forces you to remain in the lower squat position for longer than with a normal barbell, as the centre of gravity is slightly shifted forward and becomes unstable if you perform a quick squat.

The shift in the centre of gravity changes the movement just enough to make the Cambered barbell a specific bar for strengthening the legs.

The Cambered bar bell can also be used with the bench press, making the load more unstable and therefore more difficult to control and lift from the chest.

Our Cambered Squat Bar is powder-coated, the colour can be changed upon request.

The diameter of the disc loading bars is chosen directly by the customer(25, 28 or 50 mm).
