Our Farmers Walk handles are made entirely in Italy. The design is simple but functional, with a high weight-bearing capacity.

The farmer's carry is one of the Strongman's basic exercises, but has become increasingly popular among athletes in other disciplines as well, not only as an efficient way to build forearm and grip strength, but also for its benefits on the entire body, ranging from the glutes, quads and calves to the upper back, shoulders and core.

The prolonged muscle tension created simply by walking with weights in your arms, in a correct posture, helps develop greater endurance and strength for all types of athletic disciplines.

Although variations of the Farmers Walk can be performed with dumbbells or kettlebells, our 150 cm Donatif® Farmers Walk handles are built exclusively for this purpose, offering improved performance.

The diameter of the disc loading bars is chosen directly by the customer (25, 28 or 50 mm)

Our Farmers Walk is powder-coated to ensure maximum resistance to scratches and impacts over time.

The raised handle is made of a 30 mm diameter steel tube.
