This barbell, 220 cm long and 40 cm wide, has a maximum load capacity of 400 kg, offering exceptional stability during training. The total weight of the barbell is 10 kg. The cambered shape, characterized by a forward-shifted center of gravity, allows for a more stable and secure lower position during squats, making the exercise more effective. In addition, two spring-loaded disc stops are included to allow for quick and safe weight changes.

• It should be noted that the actual diameter may have a downward tolerance of about 1 millimeter. This feature ensures optimal insertion of the discs with the corresponding hole.
