It is equipped with a high attachment for performing the lat machine and a low attachment for performing pulley, curl, leg slams, etc.

Sliding is smooth thanks to the finely crafted steel bushing that is hollow and rubber-coated.

It is possible to make the disc holder in the diameter of your choice(25, 28, 50 mm).
