ThisSelf-Supporting Multi-Function Rack is solid and stable, so you can safely perform weight-lifting exercises in the comfort of your own home.

The solid steel structure reinforced by two crossbars on the base, guarantees great strength and reliability even under the most intense training conditions and with heavy weights, remaining stable on the floor and supporting up to 170 kg of maximum weight in its upper traction bar part and a 250 kg load in its barbell support rack function.

Our Rack Station is useful for all weight training disciplines, and is especially suitable for squats, bench presses and shoulder presses, through a flat or adjustable bench you can greatly increase your training options.

Two Safety Bars are included for added safety and comfort during the workout.

Holes along the frame profiles allow the J-Hooks and Safety Bars to be positioned at different heights. This makes it possible to adjust the height of the supports flexibly and commensurate with the exercise, without ever compromising on safety, so that the barbell can always be gripped in the most comfortable position.

The Pull Up Bar allows you to practise a whole range of exercises for building and defining the muscles of the arms, chest, shoulders, back and abdomen, with the right grip thanks to the non-slip finish.

Included are two disc and two barbell holders that not only have the function of holding discs and barbells, but also make the structure even more stable.
