The FMT Series Lat Machine is designed with a high pulley directly above the head for optimal back and shoulder isolation. The extended pull-up bar allows for a wide, medium or narrow dumbbell position.
The lat machine mechanism uses aircraft-grade cables and reinforced nylon bushings that rotate on polished steel axles, creating an extremely smooth and quiet movement.
