Important technical note: The effective diameter of the center hole may have an excess tolerance of approximately 1 millimeter, which is designed to facilitate easy and secure insertion of the plate on barbells or dumbbells with a compatible diameter. It should also be noted that the 5 kg bumper disc, due to its particularly reduced thickness, is not suitable for use for exercises that involve impact on the ground, such as deadlifts, launches, clean & jerk or even hip thrusts, as the material would risk deforming or being damaged over time. For this reason, we strongly recommend using the disc in combination with other thicker discs, avoiding the use of the single element independently. Only with an adequate load can stability, safety and effectiveness be guaranteed during training, preventing premature wear and tear and improving overall performance.
