Made with a sturdy steel frame measuring70x50x2mm, this machine is designed to stand the test of time, thanks in part to the double powder coating that ensures its aesthetic durability. The rack allows you to perform a wide range of exercises, from the most classic ones such as Free or Guided Squat, Deadlift, Lunges, Remator, Military Press to more specific exercises such as Lateral Cables, Lat Machine and Pulley. The cross cables, although not adjustable in height, are rotatable, offering a wide range of motion for customized exercises. In addition, the machine includes key accessories such as a Multi-Hooked Traction Bar, J-Hooks, Dips Bar, Safety Bars, T-Bar, as well as two Disc Holders and a Barbell Holder, all designed to ensure safety and convenience during training.

• This rack is used: it was only assembled and later disassembled, as it was not compatible with the height available from the customer. It has never been used for training, however it has minor scratches or dents from assembly and disassembly. However, it remains a fully functional product structurally and mechanically.

• The resistance system of this multifunctional machine uses a 2:1 cable ratio, allowing smooth and controlled movement. This means that the perceived load corresponds to half the selected load, ensuring gradual progression, greater precision in movement and effective training for users of all levels. Reducing the diameter of the Smith Machine 's disc loading rods and other accessories is possible by removing the 50 mm adapters. In this configuration, however, therod remains untreated raw steel. Therefore, for maximum safety, durability and comfort of use, we recommendusing the machine with the 50 mm adapters installed.
