The Padel Court with Double Cover represents a professional solution designed to offer high performance and durability. The LED lighting system includes 4 towers equipped with 8 lamps of 200W, 300 Lux, IP65, ideal for ensuring optimal visibility even in the evening hours. The light poles are available in two versions, Z-style and C-style, with standard height of 3 meters and possibility of extension up to 6 meters.

The supporting structure is made of Q235steel tubes, with 4 double reinforced main poles from 80x60 mm to 140x140 mm (height 4 m) and 12 poles of 60x80 mm (height 3 m). The 20x40 mm frame integrates a square-mesh wire mesh (50×50 mm) made of strong and durable 4 mm steel wire. The 12 mm thick tempered glass panels ( EN12150-2:2004 standard) provide transparency, strength and safety. Eighteen 1996×3000 mm panels are provided.

The field covering provides professional artificial turf made of curly KDK monofilament, 12 mm height, density of 52,500 points/m² and PP backing + mesh with latex. It complies with EN14041:2008, with quartz sand infill (grain size Ø 1.6-1.25 mm, 10 kg/m², visible fiber 2-3 mm).

The system is completed by a 10-meter synthetic fiber center net, 0.88 m high in the center and 0.92 m high at the ends, with a maximum tolerance of 5 mm, supported by regulation poles.

Note on the flooring: The flooring used in padel courts is made of high-quality materials and treated with specific additives and flame retardants, which help to improve its resistance to combustion and reduce the spread of flames in case of fire. Thanks to this formulation, the surface is fire retardant according to the characteristics of the materials used, providing an additional level of safety and compliance with the standards required for sports facilities.
