The LED lighting system includes 4 towers equipped with 8 200W, 300 Lux, IP65 lamps, ideal for ensuring optimal visibility even in the evening hours. The 4 light poles are available in two versions, Z-style and C-style, with a standard height of 3 meters and the option to extend up to 6 meters.

The supporting structure is made of Q235steel tubes, featuring 4 reinforced main double poles ranging from 80x60 mm to 140x140 mm (4 m height) and 12 poles measuring 80x60x3 mm (3 m height). The 20x40 mm frame incorporates a square-mesh (50×50 mm) metal netting made of 4 mm steel wire, which is strong and durable. The 12-mm-thick tempered glass panels ( EN 12150-2:2004 standard) ensure transparency, strength, and safety. Eighteen 1996×3000 mm panels are supplied.

The field surface features professional-grade KDK curly monofilament artificial turf, 12 mm in height, with a density of 52,500 stitches/m² and a PP backing + latex-reinforced mesh. It complies with EN 14041:2008, with quartz sand infill (particle size Ø 1.6–1.25 mm, 10 kg/m², visible fiber 2–3 mm).

The system is completed by a 10-meter synthetic fiber center net, 0.88 m high at the center and 0.92 m at the ends, with a maximum tolerance of 5 mm, supported by regulation posts. The curly monofilament artificial turf surface complies with the EN14041 standard, with a pile height of 12 mm.

To completethe offering, upon the customer’s request, the court can be built in compliance with the official standards of the FIT (Italian Tennis and Padel Federation) and FIP (International Padel Federation). All materials are designed to withstand the stresses of intensive use and inclement weather, ensuring long-term performance.

Note on the flooring: The flooring used in padel courts is made from high-quality materials and treated with specific additives and flame retardants, which help improve its resistance to combustion and reduce flame spread in the event of a fire. Thanks to this formulation, the surface is fire-resistant in accordance with the characteristics of the materials used, offering an additional level of safety and compliance with the standards required for sports facilities.
