There are 18 1996×3000 mm glass panels that ensure strength and transparency.

The poles and netting are made of steel, with 4 light poles of 100×100×3 mm and 8 net poles of 100×50×3 mm with a height of 3 mt. The frame is made of 30×50×3 mm Q235 square tube. The wire mesh consists of 46 panels with 4 mm wire and 50×50 mm mesh, framed in curved rod. The soccer field net has 4 mm diameter wire and 50×50 mm mesh. The flooring made of PE KDK curly monofilament yarn, complies with EN14041:2018, with yarn height of 12 mm.

LEDlighting is provided by 4 towers equipped with 8 200W floodlights, ensuring 300 Lux brightness and IP65 protection rating. Standard light poles reach 3 meters but versions up to 6 meters with optional C-style are also available. Completing the installation is a KDK monofilament synthetic grass turf: 12 mm high, density 52,500 dots/m², PP backing + mesh and latex coating. Quartz sand Ø1.6mm-1.25mm ensures an even and optimal fill for playability. Every component, from 304 stainless steel bolts to glass and rubber fittings, is chosen to offer durability, reliability and safety over time.

To complete theoffer, at the customer's request, the court can be made to conform to official FIT (Italian Tennis and Padel Federation) and FIP (Federación Internacional de Padel) standards. All materials are designed to withstand the stresses of intensive use and weathering, ensuring long-term performance.

Note on flooring: The flooring used in padel courts is made of high-quality materials and treated with specific additives and flame retardants, which help to improve its resistance to combustion and reduce the spread of flames in case of fire.
